7 Mehmet restaurant

Master Hacı Hasan was a meticulous and disciplined individual in his profession. However, one day, a trivial incident during a dinner party pushed him to his limits. Enraged by the situation, he gathered all his employees and handed out punishments. The next day, all his employees arrived at the restaurant with their heads freshly shaved with a razor. In doing so, a "V" shaped scar from a childhood traffic accident became visible on Mehmet's head. This "V" symbolized the number seven in Old Turkish, which piqued the master's interest. He gave Mehmet the nickname "7 Mehmet," signifying that the name "7 Mehmet" would forever be etched in front of his original name. And thus began the adventure of 7 Mehmet. Mehmet opened his own small soup shop in the Belediye Business Center. On the first day, he served his soup to the market's shopkeepers by hanging a pot of soup on the street. On the second day, he discontinued this service and began waiting for customers in the shop. His strategy worked, and the aroma of his buttery soup attracted a crowd of local shopkeepers to his tiny shop. With just four chairs, a table, and a few sets of dishes, 7 Mehmet's soups began to simmer in the 1940s.
